Walking package

Wake up to the gentle whisper of the wind and fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Every room is equipped with its own bath or shower, toilet, television, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and safe.

You can hardly sleep any closer to the sea. We offer a spacious car park for our guests. Parking passes are available at reception for €10.00 per day – the same rate as on the boulevard.

Would you like to start your stay with something special, like a bottle of bubbly in your room? Extras can easily be added when booking your stay.

Enjoy a wonderful walk along the beach of Noordwijk. From Hotel de Baak Seaside, you can step straight onto the sand – the perfect starting point for your walk.

Make your walk as long as you like. In this area, you’ll never run out of paths to explore. Will you choose the beach, the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes, or perhaps the flower fields when they’re in bloom? Anything is possible. Our reception staff will be happy to suggest the most beautiful routes.

As part of the package, you’ll receive a packed lunch for the road and a walking kit – which we hope you won’t need. The kit includes a rain poncho, blister plasters, a bottle of water, and a nut bar.

There’s so much more to discover in and around Noordwijk than just the beach.

Finished walking and ready for something else? Why not explore the charming town centre with its cosy little shops, the boulevard, the dunes, or Theatre De Muze? Hotel de Baak Seaside also makes an excellent base if you’re attending Soldaat van Oranje in Katwijk.

More into culture? Then a visit to Leiden is highly recommended. This historic city is certainly worth exploring. Enjoy a drink on one of the many terraces or visit one of the city’s numerous museums.
